Our Products

Sambezi is a Zambian built & owned platform that supports other Zambian Businesses as well.

All products on Sambezi are locally sourced to emphasize and help grow local businesses.

For All Electronics & Accessories

All electronics & accessories purchased have a 12 hour confirmation period. This means that the Sambezi Vendor Support Team will confirm with you, the customer, if the exact particular purchased items are available in stock.

If the exact item/s is/are not available in stock, you will be shown all available alternative item/s and their respective prices. The customer will then have the liberty to choose whether you want to purchase any alternative item/s or get a refund.

Deliveries

All Sambezi Deliveries are processed on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM.

Items processed on Saturdays & Sundays will be delivered on Mondays.
Items processed on Mondays & Tuesdays will be delivered on Wednesdays.
Items processed on Wednesdays & Thursdays will be delivered on Fridays.

However, there are instances where an item or items are processed faster and can be delivered on the same day.
